Senior Client Reporting Specialist (Fund Accounting)

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annual base salary plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Prepare client reporting using data from custody operations, fund accounting services, and transfer agency functions.
• Review reports prepared by junior staff and assist reporting specialists with complex issues and inquiries.
• Support supervisors and managers with fund financial information, reporting timetables, workflow, and special projects.
• Prepare and maintain procedures manuals, client procedures, and awareness of applicable policies and reporting changes.
• Support new business and product implementations, conversions, internal systems, and junior staff activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, workflow management, and data quality.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in fund accounting, accounting, transfer agency, audit, or custody.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and self-motivation.
• Proven ability to solve problems and recommend solutions.
• Ability to monitor and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
