Quality Analyst – Integration

What you will do

• Work with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and reflect them accurately in test plans and test cases.
• Provide feedback on potential integration issues and suggest improvements to Business Analysts.
• Test backend and middleware applications across requirements analysis, planning, execution, defect management, regression, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
• Track QA scope, challenge coverage gaps, and maintain clear delivery status independently without acting as a team lead.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on QA experience across the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from requirements and scope analysis through post-deployment validation.
• Proven experience testing backend and middleware system applications, with autonomy to follow up on QA scope, challenge coverage gaps, and maintain delivery status without acting as a team lead.
• Working experience testing banking or brokerage system applications in cash and/or derivatives markets is a selection criterion.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and Python for scripting and automation.
• Good knowledge of Linux operating systems and commands.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for defects and issues.
• Knowledge and use of AI tools to create or enhance testing processes.
• Fluency in English.
