Data Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Giedraiciu g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: EUR 16,200–16,920 per year

What you will do

• Manage reference data and perform high-level categorization to maintain database quality.
• Investigate data-, process-, and product-related queries and coordinate their resolution.
• Plan and execute a complex daily workload in line with departmental and company schedules.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in coding and data-input validation environments, including the Consumer Information Platform.
• Provide accurate, timely feedback to country teams and support compliance with standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams in a virtual and multicultural environment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and ability to meet deadlines.
• High accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills and aptitude for data and operational processes.
• Project management aptitude, including critical-path planning, task sequencing, and problem solving.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Fluent Lithuanian is required.
