Quality Specialist, Trust & Safety Operations

Location: Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with two office days recommended

Salary: €1,917–€2,592 gross per month

What you will do

• Perform quality checks and audits, analyse results, and escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Monitor and collect decision-quality data from multiple sources and identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.
• Co-create quality processes and participate in the optimisation of quality standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation of assessments, analyses, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on quality improvement initiatives.
• Act as the quality subject-matter expert for the assigned moderation area.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent planning, organisation, communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a process-focused mindset.
• Adaptability to changing policies, processes, technologies, and business needs.
• Fluent English at B2–C1 level.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to team goals.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of Looker or SQL.
