Data & Insights Specialist (Trust & Safety)

Location: Hybrid work with two recommended office days per week in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. Remote work is available under the workation policy for up to 90 days per year in the EU, including 21 days globally; non-EU citizens may work worldwide for up to 21 days.

Salary: €2,767–€3,742 gross per month.

What you will do

• Partner with Trust & Safety Operations leads and stakeholders to scope business questions, analyze data, and provide practical recommendations.
• Create and improve Looker dashboards and visual reporting suites covering operational throughput, safety trends, quality, and team workload.
• Write SQL to extract and validate data, investigate data issues, and align metric definitions, data models, and reporting with Data Science & Analytics teams.
• Improve data request forms, triage workflows, and SLAs while creating documentation, metric FAQs, and self-service resources.
• Deliver Looker training and data enablement sessions for operational stakeholders.
• Plan work across a 6–12 month horizon, balance planned initiatives with urgent requests, support onboarding and peer development, and participate in hiring.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing, structuring, and maintaining user-friendly dashboards in modern BI tools, with Looker strongly preferred; Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools are also relevant.
• Ability to independently write SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and validate data.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for quick data analysis and operational modelling.
• Ability to identify trends and anomalies and clearly communicate the reasons behind the numbers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including turning ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver projects independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain data concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders, create clear documentation, and deliver engaging training.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, customer support operations, fraud prevention, or a related area.
