Junior Legal Counsel – Corporate & ESG

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; presence at the Veldhoven office is required at least 3 days per week.

hirify.global develops semiconductor manufacturing equipment and operates a global Legal & Compliance organization supporting its worldwide entities.

What you will do

• Manage hirify.global legal entities in the EMEA region, including incorporations, liquidations, director and officer changes, articles of association, share capital administration, and annual filings.
• Coordinate local formalities with regional colleagues and external advisors, including original documents, wet-ink signatures, company stamps, notarization, legalizations, and apostilles.
• Draft and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, signing authorities, and related registrations and tracking.
• Support listed-company compliance by maintaining insider lists and assisting with ongoing legal and policy obligations.
• Monitor ESG legal developments, assess their relevance, and coordinate sustainability-related matters across Legal & Compliance teams and regions.
• Map, document, and improve legal processes while helping build automated tools, self-service solutions, and AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Dutch law or the law of a European Union member state.
• At least one year of relevant experience at a law firm, notary, legal service provider, or in an in-house legal department, as a corporate paralegal, junior lawyer, or equivalent; international or listed-company experience is preferred.
• Experience with corporate housekeeping, entity management, or notarial practice.
• Genuine interest in ESG and sustainability regulation and willingness to learn.
• Affinity with technology and legal tools, including curiosity about automation, legal tech, and AI.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Accuracy, organization, ownership of data and filings, prioritization skills, and the ability to balance recurring operational work with improvement projects.
• Clear cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and a hands-on, pragmatic, and proactive working style.

Nice to have

• Demonstrable interest in ESG and sustainability regulation.
• Dutch language skills.
• Experience at an international or listed company.
