Implementation Project Specialist (Airline & Airport Operations)

What you will do

• Drive small-scale implementation projects or defined project workstreams with increasing autonomy.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action logs, risks, dependencies, costs, resources, quality, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate testing, readiness, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Lead customer working sessions, translate requirements into implementation actions, and present project status updates.
• Drive issue resolution, propose mitigation actions, and escalate impacts to scope, timeline, or budget.
• Support new team members through knowledge sharing and contribute reusable assets, lessons learned, and delivery improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Experience supporting or coordinating implementation or project activities.
• Ability to drive small projects or workstreams with limited guidance.
• Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Good IT background and ability to understand implementation dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage actions to closure.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge with an understanding of the relevant business area.
