Software Machine Learning Engineer (GNSS, Software Defined Radio)

Base salary: $62,500–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop AI and machine learning models to meet project requirements.
• Analyze and improve AI model performance using machine learning and deep learning technologies.
• Develop software and data science tools for projects across data intelligence, generative AI, predictive maintenance, bioinformatics, GNSS, and Software Defined Radio.
• Collaborate across departments and with customers to define requirements and understand business problems.
• Review task-level requirements, solve well-defined problems with guidance, and conduct independent or team-based research with guidance.
• Identify operational improvements, communicate challenges, and deliver committed work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, electrical engineering, computational biology, physics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or a related area.
• Strong ML/AI software development skills in Python, MATLAB, R, C++, and Java, including software best practices such as Git version control.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, time-management, verbal communication, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to ask for help, seek resources, learn new technical skills, and communicate challenges clearly.
