Lead Software Engineer (AI/ML)

Location: San Jose, United States of America; onsite role.

Annual salary: $119,000–$221,000 in California. Additional incentive compensation, including bonus, equity, and benefits, may be available.

What you will do

• Research and develop AI/ML technology for major improvements in the speed, capacity, and usability of design analysis and characterization.
• Develop tools and infrastructure for characterization data mining.
• Model design effects that are dominant in advanced technology nodes, including aging and variation.
• Contribute to technologies and products for static and dynamic transistor-level analysis and characterization.

Requirements

• Industry experience developing and maintaining C++-based applications in a Unix or Linux environment.
• Experience with quality and software processes.
• Proficiency in designing data structures and algorithms.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in transistor-level circuit design.
• Experience using AI/ML for electronic design automation (EDA).
