System & Application Intern (Power Management IC)

Location: Tianjin (Weiwu), China; part-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Support power management IC products used in automotive, industrial, and IoT applications.
• Participate in customer technical support under the guidance of NXP application engineers.
• Reproduce customer-reported failures, manually program OTP, and set up test benches for laboratory validation.
• Develop and debug automated test benches for efficiency validation, fault injection, and related testing.
• Create and modify customer documentation in English or Chinese.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in electrical engineering.
• Background in analog and digital electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Python, Java, LabVIEW, or VB.
• Knowledge of MCU architecture and principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
• Experience developing electrical boards or programming MCUs.
• Fluent English.
