Integration Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Deliver all Integration and Technical Infrastructure scope for the assigned site.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders using technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Identify and manage scopes and interdependencies, aligning delivery with the physical construction schedule.
• Coordinate the handover process and ensure Telecom documentation and delivery requirements are met.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver client capacity safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Construction Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Demonstrated experience in telecom-related construction project management.
• On-site data center or similar critical infrastructure construction or management experience on the client or contractor side.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as a self-starter.
• RCDD certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of telecom design and installation, including structured cabling, security systems, and network infrastructure.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project.
• Ability to drive compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
