What you will do

• Support the planning and coordination of scientific and educational events.
• Assist with participant registration management and communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and transfers.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to project teams.
• Liaise with faculty members, attendees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare event-related documentation and support project execution while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
