Principal SoC Design Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead SoC design execution from project kick-off through tape-out and qualification.
• Work with design architects to define architectures optimized for area, power consumption, and performance.
• Integrate all IPs and ensure that the design flow is understood and followed.
• Track design deliverables for each project milestone and guide design implementation through specification reviews.
• Act as the interface between the design team and core functional teams, system teams, customers, and application teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IC development.
• Strong expertise in analog design or mixed-signal IC design, including design for ESD and EMC robustness.
• Proven IC experience in power management, physical layers, signal processing theory and implementation, data conversion, and switched-capacitor design.
• Knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard or an equivalent.
• Experience with requirements traceability in the V-cycle using DOORS NG or an equivalent tool.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively in a global environment with multiple partners in Europe and Asia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
