Event Production Internship (Audiovisual Production)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid remote work policy; six-month internship beginning in February 2027, based at the Paris headquarters.

What you will do

• Manage operational production for recurring audiovisual and event projects, including live sessions and corporate events.
• Organize logistics covering equipment, scheduling, and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate event execution on the day and provide production support for major events.
• Create and track run sheets for large-scale events.
• Maintain technical equipment inventory, calculate depreciation, and optimize equipment management.
• Organize storage and track equipment after events or rentals.

Requirements

• Training in audiovisual production or event management.
• Understanding of the event ecosystem and its constraints.
• Resourcefulness and autonomy, including the ability to find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
• Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort communicating with clients, service providers, and teams.
• Strong organizational skills and rigor in project planning and follow-up.
• Fluent French.
