Senior AI Platform Engineer (Cloud)

Location: Hybrid in Portugal, with locations in Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra.

Salary: €2,200–€2,600 gross per month, including fixed salary, variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and implement cloud architectures and Kubernetes platforms.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration using Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
• Configure Kubernetes networking, storage, security, and RBAC.
• Implement CI/CD and GitOps practices using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Argo CD, or Flux.
• Manage cloud environments, Docker workloads, networking, and IAM/RBAC.
• Build monitoring and observability solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

Requirements

• Solid experience designing and implementing cloud architectures and Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience with Terraform/OpenTofu and Ansible.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including networking, storage, security, and RBAC.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps practices, including GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Argo CD, or Flux.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Bash, and Python.
• Experience with networking and IAM/RBAC.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments.
• Experience with STACKIT or other cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or OpenStack.
• Advanced English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Cloud and/or Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience in highly available and scalable environments.
