OpenShift Specialist (OpenShift/Kubernetes)

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and support OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain performance and availability.
• Perform cluster updates, upgrades, new installations, infrastructure maintenance, and capacity planning.
• Manage container images using Dockerfiles and Red Hat base images, including Jenkins-based build automation.
• Deploy and manage applications with ArgoCD and Helm, and maintain observability with Grafana and Prometheus.
• Develop operational dashboards, monitoring controls, automated health checks, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Strong experience with OpenShift 4.x and/or Kubernetes administration and support.
• Knowledge of Day 2 operations, change management, infrastructure integration, and operational processes.
• Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management, ArgoCD, Helm, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in Ansible and Python scripting, with solid Git and Linux administration skills.
• Experience handling support tickets, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
• Availability to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
