Software Engineer (Golang)

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product improvements.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, high-quality software using software development principles and functional patterns.
• Build end-to-end expense automation, including receipt capture, AI-based OCR and agents, card transaction matching, and ERP posting.
• Develop ERP integrations with systems such as SAP, F&O, and proAlpha, as well as multi-currency, fee, tip, and card transaction processing capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical excellence, and continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices.
• Guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications, and code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, including the ability to connect daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Ownership of technical work, the product, and the team being shaped.
• Team-oriented approach with proactive support for team goals and gap resolution.
• Ability to abstract and simplify complex systems, identify core concepts, and communicate complex ideas to different stakeholders.
