Senior Product Manager, Supply Growth

Location: New York, New York, United States. Office-first model requiring employees to be on-site at least four days a week.

Base salary: $160,000–$205,000 USD annually. Total compensation may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, and bonus plans.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the Network Expansion team and location growth.
• Act as the primary product liaison for the growth team, turning pipeline feedback and complex requirements into prioritized growth initiatives.
• Translate business goals and operational concepts into technical specifications, work plans, and roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery and delivery through data, experimentation, user feedback, problem-solving strategies, and contingency planning.
• Oversee product execution, roadmap grooming, engineering cadences, launches, QA, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Monitor performance and operational trends, improve reliability and scalability, mitigate risks, and align cross-functional teams around technical decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment.
• Strong understanding of how product decisions affect B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and business growth.
• Experience managing products in a hyper-growth environment while balancing rapid iteration with the stability of high-volume, transaction-based systems.
• Ability to manage high volumes of requests, push back effectively, and prioritize critical growth drivers.
• Motivation to solve complex, high-scale problems that directly affect company valuation and operational efficiency.
• Systems-thinking skills, including presenting problem analysis and recommended solutions in high-ambiguity environments.
• Experience using AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor, navigate complex business trade-offs, and manage specialty mandates with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Comfort working with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations.
• Full-stack product experience designing solutions that combine software, hardware, and physical operational processes.
