DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, implement, monitor, and maintain AWS-based production and development environments.
• Build and operate a secure, highly available, scalable, and reliable cloud platform.
• Operate large-scale, multi-account AWS environments using cloud-native technologies.
• Solve complex infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and performance challenges.
• Enable engineering teams to deliver software faster and with confidence.
• Operate the disaster recovery platform and participate in regular live cross-region failover drills.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a SaaS/PaaS company, working with AWS or GCP.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a creative and out-of-the-box mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to work as a team player.
• High security awareness and understanding of security best practices.
• Solid understanding of Git and GitFlow workflows.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience solving scalability, reliability, and performance challenges in large-scale cloud environments.
• Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in daily work.
• Experience with GitOps workflows using Argo CD and Crossplane.
• Experience working in a multi-account cloud environment.
