📍 Role details
• 🌍 Worldwide | Fully remote
• Contract type: Contractor
• Listed compensation: $50–$100/hour
• Payment: Output-based, per task meeting project specifications
• Minimum weekly task submissions apply
• Estimated task duration: Approximately 15 hours per run
• Start first tasks within 24–48 hours after onboarding

💻 What you’ll do
• Create challenging coding tasks with golden reference solutions.
• Implement deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject incorrect approaches.
• Debug defects, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver scalable features.
• Refactor legacy code and optimize performance.
• Document technical reasoning and validate peer submissions.
🎯 What you’ll bring
• Strong backend experience and a track record building scalable services and APIs.
• Practical debugging, automated testing, and code review skills.
• Solid algorithms, data structures, and software engineering knowledge.
• Relevant technologies: Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, and C++.
• Open-source contributions showcased on GitHub; a HackerRank assessment is available if needed.
• Clear technical documentation and communication.
