Software Developer (AI-Native Business Solutions)

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta, Oulu, Tampere, or Turku, Finland. Applicants must have a valid right to work in Finland.

What you will do

• Build agentic workflows supporting customer work, service delivery, and project processes.
• Develop prototypes and take them into production with architects, business experts, and customers.
• Create reusable agent capabilities and API/MCP integrations with CRM, document sources, and other business systems.
• Build information retrieval and context-handling solutions that preserve source information, permissions, freshness, and data provenance.
• Implement access checks, input validation, approval points, error handling, automated testing, evaluation datasets, deployment pipelines, and monitoring.
• Measure solution quality, latency, and cost, and maintain recovery and rollback paths.

Requirements

• Strong software development foundation and experience taking solutions into production and maintaining them beyond the prototype stage.
• Experience with API integrations, cloud services, and data processing.
• Skills in TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and agents or generative AI in personal or customer projects.
• Ability to break business problems into implementable stages and make quality-related trade-offs visible.
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English.
• Valid right to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure, agent orchestration, MCP, information retrieval, or Dataverse.
