What you will do

• Develop and implement token utility frameworks aligned with long-term ecosystem value and user engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Tokenomics teams to design features that increase token usage across protocols and applications.
• Work with incubated projects to create tailored on-chain and off-chain token use cases.
• Monitor adoption metrics, market trends, and user behavior, refining strategies based on data.
• Contribute to token economy modeling, incentive design, and value accrual strategies.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and identify innovative utility pathways across Web3, DeFi, GameFi, and SocialFi.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in token utility, tokenomics, or product roles in Web3 environments.
• Deep knowledge of token design, incentive structures, and real-world utility case studies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• An analytical mindset and ability to translate on-chain and off-chain insights into strategic actions.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with remote, asynchronous teams.
• Curiosity, boldness, a solutions-focused approach, and passion for crypto innovation.
