Lead, Industrial Security (CSSO)

What you will do

• Manage facility security functions covering SCIF and SAPF operations, personnel security, physical security, information security, document control, badging, and access control.
• Administer security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, annual refresher training, clearance maintenance, and access requirements for cleared employees.
• Implement and maintain facility security policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with NISPOM, ICDs, SAP directives, and program-specific guidance.
• Support SCI and SAP programs, determine customer security requirements, and coordinate access requests with government agencies.
• Liaise with government customers, associate contractors, subcontractors, and internal L3Harris organizations on security matters.
• Maintain physical security and guard/alarm interfaces, including emergency response requirements during non-working hours, and lead cross-business security projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to conduct security education, training, briefings, debriefings, and clearance or access maintenance activities.
• Ability to support SCI and SAP programs and associated SCIF and SAPF facilities in accordance with governing directives.
• Ability to coordinate with government agencies, external contractors, subcontractors, and internal organizations.
• Ability to respond to emergency security requirements outside normal working hours.
• Travel of up to 10% may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Cleared Defense Contractor in corporate or government environments supporting Intelligence Community or Department of War programs.
• Experience implementing ICD 705 standards.
• Completion of an accredited or approved CSSO course, professional accreditations, or certifications.
• Experience with security management software and applications.
• Knowledge of ICDs, NISPOM, SAP manuals and directives, and supplemental information system security.
• Adjudicated CI polygraph.
