Program Security Representative (PSR) II (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; onsite workplace

Salary: $94,520–$127,880 per year. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for customer Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP security policies.
• Develop and improve procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and security shortfalls across operational, testing, and training activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and oversee facility support activities.
• Investigate losses or suspected compromises of classified information and coordinate security education and lessons learned.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must hold TS/SCI clearance and be able to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• Onsite work in Dayton, Ohio.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• SAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, an associate’s degree plus two years of experience, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
• GSEC, CCNA, or GICSP certification.
