Program Security Representative (PSR) III

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks across test, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and support facility close-outs.
• Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare damage assessments.
• Brief government and civilian personnel, support security training, and provide leadership and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• 10+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years of SAP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an equivalent combination of associate degree and experience or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security policies, DCID, ICD, and SAP requirements.
• Availability for 10–25% travel.
