What you will do

• Execute business process transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to meet performance and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement projects and analyze business data trends.
• Identify process bottlenecks and support quality assurance activities.
• Maintain process documentation and support reporting.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in business process transactions.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP, or significant relevant work experience.
