Working Student for Back End of Line - Integration (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support root cause investigations into process-induced defectivity issues within BEoL Integration.
• Assist with planning and coordinating experiments, including required wafer logistics.
• Organize chemical and physical analyses with relevant teams and laboratories.
• Evaluate, summarize, and document experimental and analytical results.
• Prepare and present findings to the BEoL Integration team.
• Support verification of targeted solutions based on experimental results.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical or scientific field.
• Interest in semiconductor technology, materials characterization, and process integration.
• Structured and analytical approach to technical problem-solving.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to summarize technical results clearly and present them to a technical audience.
• Good German and English skills, both at least C1.
