Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; in-office company.

Compensation: $175K–$215K plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead product positioning and launches by translating product capabilities into messaging, differentiated positioning, customer value, announcements, collateral, and sales enablement.
• Own competitive strategy for a portfolio of competitors, including intelligence gathering, talk tracks, battlecards, competitive training, and deal support.
• Partner with Product on customer and market discovery to identify pain points and validate use cases with customers and design partners.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns and adapt messaging for different buyer personas and international expansion.
• Build repeatable processes, templates, and AI workflows that help the marketing team scale while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role at a B2B SaaS or AI company selling to enterprises.
• Clear communication, structured thinking, strong writing and presentation skills, and editorial judgment for refining AI-generated work.
• Ability to understand technical products and conduct research while working closely with Product and Engineering.
• Initiative, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to build processes that bring structure to ambiguity.
• Extensive use of AI as a thought partner and execution tool for ideation, research, and improving work.
• Experience developing competitive messaging or supporting enterprise deals.
