Director of IT Infrastructure - Hosting

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States; all positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s long-term hosting and infrastructure strategy in line with business growth, security, and resiliency goals.
• Lead modernization across storage, virtualization, and container platforms while advancing AI infrastructure strategy.
• Guide technology architecture, standards, and lifecycle planning to improve performance and manage risk.
• Partner with senior IT and business leaders on technology roadmaps, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Manage strategic vendors, budgets, and contracts to optimize technology investments.
• Develop leaders and technical teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or hosting services, including leadership of managers and technical teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise hosting technologies, including Windows, Linux, storage, virtualization, and container platforms.
• Proven success leading large-scale infrastructure modernization and technology transformation initiatives.
