What you will do

• Manage systems data, platform services, and day-to-day solutions for clients.
• Provide security compliance support and identify potential issues across platforms and services.
• Oversee assignment queues, prioritize tickets, and coordinate directly with technicians.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams while delivering customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with VMware ESX.
• Experience managing public and private cloud environments, especially migrating on-premises environments to cloud solutions.
• Customer-focused approach, a growth mindset, and an inclusive, collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Automation experience, especially infrastructure as code (IaaS).
• Vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Federation Services.
