Manager, Total Rewards

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Support the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and implementing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead key total rewards projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with HR, Finance, business stakeholders, and external vendors to integrate and administer rewards programs.
• Analyze compensation, benefits, recognition programs, market data, and trends to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present reports, executive-level presentations, and communications.
• Support program governance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and total rewards principles, practices, and market trends.
• Experience with market benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation analysis, and salary structure administration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-level communications and PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of applicable compensation, benefits, and employment-related regulatory requirements; sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
