Senior Commercial Cash Management Manager - Bilingual

Location: Montréal, QC, Canada. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Partner with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and cash management specialists to support client service and portfolio management.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, existing clients, and community business contacts.
• Analyze client business requirements and propose cash management solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and document cash management arrangements for clients and prospects.
• Provide direct coverage for Commercial and Large Corporate clients and support cross-selling and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver solutions and superior customer service.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Banking Cash Management, including work with clients with complex cash management needs.
• Proven business development skills and highly developed negotiating skills.
• Well-developed client and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Understanding of business and financial concepts, including the ability to articulate the cash management value proposition and its impact on financial statements.
• Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients in the community.
• Motivation to achieve goals, deliver results, and make an impact.
• High standards, genuine care in professional relationships, and alignment with the employer’s values.
