What you will do

• Ensure reliable functionality across integrations, web applications, portals, and configurations.
• Own end-to-end testing across varied projects and identify issues early.
• Analyze requirements, use cases, and technical documentation to create test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual UI, integration, configuration, API, data-flow, and system-interaction testing across multiple platforms.
• Log and manage defects, collaborate with developers and consultants on resolutions, and communicate test results.
• Help define testing strategies and uphold quality standards across development phases.

Requirements

• Willingness and eligibility to be sponsored for US government security clearance.
• Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer across varied project types, including integrations, portals, and configurations.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, and messaging systems, with hands-on experience using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and CSV, including debugging and testing data transformations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and identify performance bottlenecks or functional gaps.
• Excellent communication skills, including documenting findings, presenting results, and collaborating across teams.
• Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuine interest in emerging AI capabilities.

• Understanding of middleware technologies such as APIs, web services, or messaging systems.
