What you will do

• Lead the integration of Enterprise Risk Management into strategic business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management Framework in line with regulatory standards.
• Produce and communicate the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), including capital and own funds requirements.
• Coordinate the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR), including risk management and solvency assessment sections.
• Identify, assess, quantify, and monitor existing and emerging risks, while overseeing the design and operation of controls.
• Participate in the Executive Management Team and oversee enterprise risk management activities for the UK business.

Requirements

• Risk management qualification.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to balance risk and reward while protecting capital.
• Extensive experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector.
• Deep knowledge of Solvency II requirements and Irish regulatory standards.
• Ability to present complex actuarial findings to Board-level stakeholders.
