Operations Technical Lead (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Process and oversee transfer agency operations, including trade processing, fund setups, dividends, payments, reconciliations, and commissions.
• Deliver technical programmes, operational projects, and change management initiatives for client and internal requirements.
• Analyse and validate system output and ensure client, distributor, and investor instructions are processed accurately and on time.
• Identify process efficiencies, maintain knowledge of transfer agency systems, and support continuous improvement.
• Provide supervision, guidance, training, and direction to colleagues while deputising for the immediate supervisor when appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments and provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Typically 4–5 years of experience in a similar fund operations or transfer agency environment.
• Knowledge and experience of UCITS fund structures, dividends, commissions processing, and cash reconciliations.
• Transfer agency operations experience is desirable.
• Logical and technical mindset with strong analytical, organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and commitment to accurate and timely delivery.
• Eligibility to work in the hiring location, Dublin, Ireland, is verified as part of the background check.
