Project Executive - Process Piping

Location: Nevada, North Dakota, or Texas, with listed work locations in Lubbock, Odessa, Oklahoma City, Las Vegas, and North Dakota. Ability to travel for site work 50%-75% of the time is required.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale commercial and industrial process piping projects from setup through closeout, including a 100+ MW data center project with $100+ million in billings and 150-200+ personnel on site.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource allocation, subcontractors, client relationships, project financials, contract compliance, and closeout activities.
• Ensure process piping work complies with ASME B31.3 and other applicable ASME codes from fabrication through field installation.
• Coordinate QA/QC and third-party inspection activities covering WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, NDE, PWHT, hydrostatic testing, and PMI.
• Review P&IDs, piping isometrics, and piping material specifications to support constructability, procurement, fabrication, and installation sequencing.
• Recruit, manage, and lead project teams while coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, safety, environmental requirements, and daily work execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• 7+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with direct experience managing process piping scopes.
• Working knowledge of ASME B31.3 Process Piping and ASME Section IX Welding and Brazing Qualifications.
• Ability to coordinate QA/QC and inspection for pressure piping, including WPS/PQR, welder qualification, NDE, and hydrostatic testing.
• Ability to coordinate pipe fabrication and spool shop activities supporting field installation.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping isometrics, and piping specifications.
• Proficiency with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing software, Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software, Viewpoint or similar accounting software, Heavy Bid or similar estimating software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet safety requirements, use required PPE, work in confined spaces and challenging industrial environments, and travel for site work 50%-75% of the time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector certification or a similar welding inspection credential.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
