GIS Data Analyst (GEOINT)

What you will do

• Analyze and exploit GEOINT and supplementary data using advanced data science methods in a GIS framework.
• Support geospatial intelligence production at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.
• Help develop approaches for addressing key intelligence questions.
• Work across multiple tasks and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and analysts.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Substantial familiarity with ArcGIS software.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying dynamic geospatial web applications and tools.
• Strong analytical, inference, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency developing custom solutions with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Enterprise, especially ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, and Survey123.
• Ability to code or script, especially in Python.
• Experience with data science and visualization tools.
• Background in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• Experience with GEOINT data, including non-literal data.
• Knowledge of remote sensing datasets.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Geography, or another STEM field.
