Master Data Integrity Associate Specialist (GIS)

Location: Hybrid role based in Pomona, California; employees must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted. The position requires reporting to an SCE facility for a set number of days, remote work on the remaining days, up to 10% travel and field work across the SCE service territory, and possible extended work at alternate locations. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $34.33–$51.54 per hour.

What you will do

• Input and maintain electric asset data in enterprise GIS and asset management databases, including SAP-based source systems.
• Edit asset records, research and validate data accuracy, and perform systematic checks and remediation to meet data quality standards.
• Maintain facilities maps and detailed asset records while supporting enhancements to existing applications.
• Acquire and maintain electric asset, cadastral, records, satellite imagery, and environmental data sets.
• Produce high-quality map products for presentations, meetings, public use, and internal departments.
• Support geospatial data automation, mapping services, data collection, technical research, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in GIS and/or data analysis.
• Protect physical, financial, cybersecurity, customer, medical, proprietary, and other sensitive company information with high standards of conduct and integrity.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with systems of record such as SCEGeoview, ArcGIS, or MDG.
• Experience navigating SAP and identifying key information within it.
• Experience analyzing data and large data sets from a variety of sources.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI.
