Senior Modernization Analyst (GEOINT)

What you will do

• Support mission-critical intelligence operations across GEOINT, multi-INT, and enterprise-level analytic environments.
• Modernize analytical tradecraft, workflows, and methodologies for customer mission sets.
• Apply advanced analytic methodologies to augment imagery analysis and identify relationships, trends, and mission-relevant events.
• Develop Python solutions, operationalize analytic models, and create repeatable processes for intelligence production at scale.
• Apply modern data science practices covering governance, reproducibility, transparency, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with integrated Intelligence Community teams to answer complex intelligence questions.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; a combination of experience, professional certifications, and training may be accepted in lieu of the required years.
• Expertise in advanced analytic methodologies and their application to multi-INT analysis supporting imagery analysis and mission-specific context.
• Intelligence Community experience with integrated teams and documented analytic methodologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency modernizing workflows and enhancing analytic rigor.
• Senior-level proficiency with Python, including developing analytics solutions and operationalizing analytic models into repeatable processes.
• Understanding of modern data science best practices, including governance, reproducibility, transparency, and lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD and Intelligence Community report production, briefings, and formal analytic publications.
• Experience with API-driven ingestion, ETL pipelines, or microservice-based analytic architectures.
• Understanding of Transnational Criminal Organizations operating within the USSOUTHCOM area of responsibility.
• Understanding of coca cultivation and production areas.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive 203 and ICD 206.
• Ability to design and deliver briefings, demonstrations, and training events for users at all skill levels across mission applications.
