Focus on preparing audit-ready records for DCAA reviews, supporting contract billing, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and contract requirements.

What you will do

Support accounting operations and financial reporting.
Classify and record costs as direct or indirect according to accounting policies and applicable contract requirements.
Support government contract billing.
Prepare account reconciliations and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Maintain audit readiness for Defense Contract Audit Agency reviews and other financial audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
10 or more years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience supporting audits, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
A reliable, responsible attitude and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

Unanet GovCon experience.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
