Senior Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial statements and management reporting under US GAAP.
• Partner with the US Financial Controller on internal and external audits, documentation, and remediation of audit findings.
• Approve wires and ACH files in corporate banking platforms, monitor cash flow forecasts, and oversee banking compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting professionals while enforcing segregation of duties across payroll and treasury.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 8–10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a management capacity overseeing matrixed functions.
• Enterprise ERP experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience acting as an internal control approver within banking portals.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and strong delegation skills.
• Ability to manage other management-level professionals, such as the Payroll Manager.

Nice to have

• CPA designation is highly preferred.
