Associate Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate priorities and track progress across Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholder teams.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines and milestones, track dependencies, and maintain project documentation.
• Identify blockers, resolve challenges, escalate risks, monitor performance, and provide status updates.
• Use AI and automation to improve project workflows, reporting, decision-making, and productivity.
• Support product launches, system implementations, and strategic operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, data, and new technologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve day-to-day productivity.
• Proactive approach and ability to drive projects forward.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, APIs, or communications infrastructure.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations with scripts, APIs, or no-code tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices.
• Experience coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives.
