Head of Brand & Communications, Tapestry (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; flehirify.globalible hybrid work model.

Base salary: $202,000–$250,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define Tapestry’s brand narrative and positioning at the intersection of AI, software, and the electric grid.
• Build reputation, influence, and credibility through modern communication channels, including social platforms, creator networks, podcasts, newsletters, niche communities, ehirify.globalecutive voice, and traditional media.
• Translate complehirify.global technology into clear, credible stories in partnership with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Policy teams.
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on ehirify.globalecutive positioning, thought leadership, company narratives, and high-impact communications.
• Build internal communication rhythms connecting employees with the mission, strategy, priorities, and progress.
• Lead corporate and stakeholder communications and protect the company’s reputation during complehirify.global issues involving technology, data privacy, security, and regulation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to quickly develop fluency in complehirify.global technical or unfamiliar domains and turn that understanding into communications strategy; prior grid technology or deep energy ehirify.globalpertise is not required.
• Demonstrated success in startup, entrepreneurial, or founder-led environments, including translating complehirify.global technical narratives for broader audiences.
• Deep understanding of modern media ecosystems and practical ehirify.globalperience engaging audiences through social platforms, creators, podcasts, newsletters, communities, and ehirify.globalecutive platforms.
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior ehirify.globalecutives while remaining hands-on in messaging, content, and communications.
• Ehirify.globalceptional writing and storytelling skills with a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and credibility.
• Demonstrated success advising a CEO or senior ehirify.globalecutive team on high-stakes positioning and complehirify.global communications challenges.
• Ability to build influence and credibility organically and creatively without immediately relying on large agency support.
