Associate Researcher, Oral Care

Location: Mason Business Center, United States; full-time onsite work Monday-Friday.

Starting salary: $64,600-$74,300 per year.

What you will do

• Execute in-vitro models to demonstrate the pre-clinical and consumer-relevant performance of oral care products and technologies.
• Maintain precision, robustness, and integrity across laboratory testing.
• Identify and resolve equipment and methodological issues.
• Prepare timely and insightful technical reports.
• Partner with project teams and own several laboratory instruments.

Requirements

• Associate degree in science, including chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or a related field, plus at least three years of practical hands-on laboratory experience; or a high school diploma plus at least five years of practical hands-on laboratory experience.
• Four-year degree holders in non-engineering disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work full time Monday-Friday at Mason Business Center.
