AEM Configuration Professional 2 (AEM)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Work from a dedicated space with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, protecting member PHI/HIPAA information.

Salary: $73,400–$100,100 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Complete and publish website updates and content changes in AEM for multiple product groups.
• Manage and prioritize requests of varying size and urgency, delivering within service-level agreements.
• Build new pages using AEM components, templates, workflows, and digital assets from the DAM.
• Perform content QA, including link testing, formatting, metadata, accessibility, functionality, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
• Maintain AEM page structures, components, assets, content fragments, and content-fragment models.
• Collaborate with requestors and development teams to clarify requirements, ensure component consistency, and contribute to documentation, standards, governance, best practices, measurement, testing, and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working within a content management system, preferably AEM.
• Experience building and publishing content using CMS templates and components.
• Ability to manage multiple update requests with different sizes and urgency levels.
• Knowledge of web content fundamentals, including formatting, metadata, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Ability to prioritize requests against timelines and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is typically required, together with less than 5 years of technical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AEM within a large, complex corporate environment.
• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
