Trade Support Analyst - Derivatives & FX

Location: Queretaro, Mexico

Financial services and banking organization operating in the derivatives, foreign exchange, and money market space.

What you will do

• Execute daily trade-processing tasks for derivatives, FX, and money market products, including trade maintenance, settlement, reconciliation, and electronic and paper confirmations.
• Resolve operational issues and act as a central point of contact for the business when managing incidents.
• Identify, record, and escalate operational, IT, and recurring manual-workaround incidents.
• Participate in projects by defining requirements, performing testing, and maintaining evidence that system development and configuration are correct.
• Support team training and become capable of managing regular trade-processing and incident-resolution activities.
• Maintain a collaborative and communicative team environment in line with bank standards and risk culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Mathematics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of derivative products, foreign exchange, and money market products.
