What you will do

• Build active and passive candidate pools via market research, relationship management, active search, employee referrals, and job boards
• Vet candidates thoroughly and recommend optimal interviewing teams to speed up selection to offer
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to hiring
• Prioritize positive candidate experience with fast communication for candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align expectations and drive recruitment success

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English for clear verbal and written communication
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for non-tech positions
• Competency-based interview experience
• Proven high-volume recruiting ability
• Strong knowledge of HR practices
• High attention to detail in job descriptions, candidate messaging, and scheduling
• Experience in international organizations
