Location: Hybrid role in Rahway, New Jersey, United States of America; available to US and Puerto Rico residents only. No relocation; no travel required.

Salary range: $39,908–$111,111.

hirify.global's Animal Health division develops solutions dedicated to preserving and improving the health, well-being, and performance of animals, including companion animals and livestock.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end execution of product launch strategies, seasonal promotional campaigns, and brand awareness programs.
• Gather and synthesize competitor commercial data, pricing models, and market trends to identify strategic opportunities.
• Support market research, outcomes research, customer segmentation, and surveys involving veterinarians, pet owners, and producers.
• Create or enhance data models to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead marketing workstream tracking by maintaining project plans, milestones, deliverables, reporting, and project management tools and templates.
• Coordinate alignment meetings, document action items, and assist with external creative and production agency deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and project management proficiency to handle multiple moving parts.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including data manipulation and basic pivot tables.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for drafting high-level strategic presentations.
• Ability to work effectively within complex matrix organizations and communicate across leadership levels.
• Current undergraduate junior or senior student, or graduate student.
• Field of study in marketing, business administration, project management, communications, animal science, biomedical science, agribusiness, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Interest in veterinary medicine, companion animal health, livestock production, or overall animal well-being.
