Workato Administrator (Healthcare Integrations)

Location: Remote - United States; must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii.

Salary: $108K–$125.4K annual base salary; equity offered, with no bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automations in Workato connecting Salesforce, Zendesk, and operational systems.
• Remove manual work from operational processes and deliver measurable efficiency improvements.
• Investigate production integration failures, diagnose root causes, and improve failure visibility.
• Build robust error handling and monitoring for enterprise integrations.
• Identify processes that are unnecessarily expensive or fragile and improve their design.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers, Salesforce Administrators, and Business Systems developers while owning the integration platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise integrations in Workato or a comparable platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray.io.
• Direct experience administering Salesforce or serving as the primary integration owner in close partnership with a Salesforce team.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting production integration failures, diagnosing root causes, and building robust error handling and monitoring.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and external ID matching between disparate systems.
• Proven experience identifying manual or inefficient operational processes and delivering automated solutions with measurable results.

Nice to have

• Official Workato Certification.
• Experience as the sole or primary administrator owning an enterprise integration platform.
• Strong data architecture foundation, including defining and enforcing system-of-record boundaries across integrated systems.
• Self-directed approach and ability to own and drive a platform with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce data architecture, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and external lookup keys.
