Build the internal tools, services, and workflows powering operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure in a role focused on ownership and scalability.

• 🌍 Global | Fully remote
• Employment type: Full-time
• Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD annually, per the job description
• Payment schedule: Not specified

💡 The opportunity
• Take ownership of features and systems from architecture through production.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design to turn ideas into working solutions.
💻 What you’ll do
• Build full-stack applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and performant frontend interfaces.
• Optimize databases, data models, and queries.
• Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Troubleshoot production issues while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
🛠️ What you’ll bring
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills.
• Early engineering team experience building and scaling startup products.
• PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, AWS or similar cloud platforms, and modern backend architecture.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Independent judgment, ownership, and a hands-on approach to shipping.
